1) What is your Guarantee?
Every order is guaranteed to meet your satisfaction or you can return it to us unused within 60 days for refund of your purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express through PayPal (our authorized payment processor). We are PayPal verified. If you prefer other ways of payment, please contact us.

Yes, we do. We accept orders worldwide, and we accept orders 24 X 7 X 365
4.) How are orders shipped and How long will it take to receive my order?
1.Physical products
All our physical products will be shipped worldwide via registered air mail from beijing, China. We charge US$6 flat-rate shipping for your entire order. Add as many items to your order as you like - shipping will still be just US$6.
Customized items will be shipped in 5 business days after the payment, pre-made items will be shipped in 2 business days. Although most international shipments arrive in 9-12 business days, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. If you do not receive an item within a reasonable time, please let us know.
2. Electronically Deliverable Items
Image files will be sent to you via e-mail within 48 hours after the payment.
5.) Is it safe to use my credit card online?
By making payment through Paypal, which is a secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our Paypal account. Your credit card and bank account information are stored only in encrypted form on computers that are not connected to the Internet. Paypal will then generate a receipt for your order as a third party. So it's completely secure.
